智能水表增加的閥門,設(shè)計(jì)采用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣,有先導(dǎo)閥門、球閥、陶瓷閥、機(jī)械閥等等。

3、陶瓷閥

陶瓷閥是在手動(dòng)冷熱水閥門的基礎(chǔ)上提升為智能水表閥門的一種結(jié)構(gòu),從原理上來(lái)說(shuō)應(yīng)該是完全可行的,只需解決壓力損失的技術(shù)問(wèn)題,所以設(shè)計(jì)體積就較球閥要大多了。但是水壓幾乎對(duì)陶瓷閥的影響力很小,因?yàn)樘沾砷y是兩個(gè)陶瓷片,其中一個(gè)陶瓷片做旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),那么它克服的僅僅是兩個(gè)陶瓷片之間的摩擦力。所以,陶瓷閥是智能水表其中一種理想的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。
